Holiday rep:
Our reps' tasks are as follows: organizing and attending all welcome meetings, during the winter months also the Ski pass service, where our guests receive important information to enjoy their holiday stay at their best; take care of possible complaints, merchandising guided tours to historical towns and various attraction and fun parks. 6 working days during the summer season and 4 to 5 during the winter season.

His/her job is to negotiate the best deals with the hotels according to the conditions provided by the relevant tour operators. Last-minute deals. Define allocation quotes addressed to the various brands of THC. Contract with other agency partners.

The reservation agent's main task is to process all clients' requests on time and accurately, deal with booking requests outside allotment quotes, allotment management, management of warranty allotments and reporting to the management in case of exceptional issues or problems.

Accountant/ adminstrator
The accountant's duties include all payment related issues, check overs and book balances as well as repayment to those hotels cooperating with Thomas Cook (since 1st November 2006 on the Italian territory). For this purpose Thomas Cook worked out its own billing system available over the Internet. Moreover the job consists in drawing weekly reports, highlight possible inconsistencies and elaborate charts on windows excel.

Entertainment – activities staff
Main tasks: providing entertainment suitable for adults as well as for children (mini-club and junior club), welcoming guests upon arrival, setting and coordinating program with various games and activities, organizing competitions, mini disco and sports; a report of all activities needs to be sent to management every month.

Receptionist for the Residence Primera / Barbara
Duties include check in and check out of all guests, giving information or advice to the guests, sale of guided tours and tickets to theme parks, pc related work and other various administrative jobs.
